Flora has extensive knowledge in educational policy, having co-lead to projects with the UK Department for Education and collaborated with colleagues from multilateral agencies such as the World Bank, UNICEF, and UNESCO on education planning and policy analysis. Having personally attended and conducted academic research on British boarding schools, she possesses deep insights into their unique opportunities, particularly for international students. She has also supported SEN students in UK boarding schools, reflecting her commitment to inclusive education.

As a young mentor with a relatable, peer-like approach, Flora inspires students to think critically about societal issues and adopt a systems-thinking mindset.
