About Basak Celik

Basak is a full-scholarship undergraduate student at Wellesley College, where she is majoring in Neuroscience. She's the founder of the I'mPossible Project, where she dedicates herself to empowering and educating students from underrepresented communities, and she is also an active member of the executive board for UNICEF at Wellesley. Basak is also preparing to expand her research experience by joining a lab at MIT next semester, promising to deepen her expertise in neuroscience. Outside of her academic pursuits, she finds joy and creativity in playing the piano, a discipline that complements her scientific rigor.
