Audrey has graduated with honors from Harvard University with a Bachelor's degree in English in 2019. She then became a Teaching Fellow at Harvard, pursuing a Master's in Education.

With over five years of experience, Cassidy specializes in guiding students to develop strong profiles for private school and university admissions. She has helped students gain acceptance to top universities, including Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, and UC Berkeley. Her approach focuses on strategic narrative-building, connecting academic growth, extracurricular development, and essential skills. Cassidy’s expertise ensures students not only excel in academics but also stand out as well-rounded, impactful applicants.

Marivi Lerdo de Tejada is a senior strategist at Crimson, where she helps students maximize their academic and leadership potential while navigating the admissions process for boarding school and college. Prior to becoming an admissions strategist, she worked as a PR and corporate communications executive and consultant for technology and media companies. Marivi is a graduate of Brown University and the parent of a boarding school graduate and college student. Originally from Mexico City, she now calls San Francisco home.

She spent two years in Tibet studying childbirth practices, poverty alleviation, and international healthcare interventions for women and children. After researching global HIV/AIDS initiatives, she returned to Stanford to teach global studies and later taught at UIC and local colleges. 

A private school alum (Grades 5–8), Jennifer tutors private and boarding school students at Crimson Education and mentors research projects at Indigo Research, offering valuable insights into the boarding school admissions journey.
