Audrey Thorne brings nearly 14 years of combined experience in private school and university admissions, with a proven track record of successful placements at prestigious institutions like Phillips Academy Andover, Kent School, MIT, and Georgetown.

Growing up in New York City, she volunteered in a special education classroom, fostering her passion for education. She created the acclaimed podcast "Lights Camera Analysis," ranking in Apple’s Top 100 Education for Kids in 16 countries. Before focusing full-time on admissions advising, she taught middle school while mentoring ~70 students through their application processes.

With over five years of experience, Cassidy specializes in guiding students to develop strong profiles for private school and university admissions. She has helped students gain acceptance to top universities, including Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, and UC Berkeley. 

Her approach focuses on strategic narrative-building, connecting academic growth, extracurricular development, and essential skills. Cassidy's expertise ensures students not only excel in academics but also stand out as well-rounded, impactful applicants.

Marivi is a senior strategist at Crimson, where she helps students maximize their academic and leadership potential while navigating the boarding school admissions process. 

A Brown University graduate and parent of a boarding school alumnus, Marivi brings both professional expertise and personal experience to guide families through boarding school applications. Originally from Mexico City, her international background offers valuable perspective for families considering boarding schools. Prior to becoming an admissions strategist, she worked as a PR and corporate communications executive and consultant for technology and media companies.

As a graduate of private school and top universities, Dr. Chertow brings firsthand experience to guide students through the boarding and day school admissions process. Her extensive academic background and teaching at Stanford uniquely position her to help students showcase their strengths and develop compelling applications.

She brings valuable insights into boarding school culture and community life from her experience as a private school alumna. At Crimson, she mentors students in research projects and academic enrichment activities that strengthen their applications.
